Every review is read by Léa before it appears, to remove abusive, off-topic or promotional messages. A low rating is never a reason for refusal: a negative review is published like the others, and any refusal is explained in writing.

The “Verified purchase” mention appears when the person’s email address matches a paid order on the site that includes this piece, or when Léa confirms she made the sale herself, in a shop, at a market or directly; the place is then given. Reviews without a verified purchase are published too, without this mention. No review is bought, requested in exchange for a discount, or written by Lunéa.

Reviews are shown from newest to oldest, and are not deleted after publication. After a purchase on the site, an email suggests leaving a review: it is sent after every order, with nothing offered in return.
