Reviews of custom pieces

How these reviews are published
Every review is read by Léa before it appears, to remove abusive, off-topic or promotional messages. A low rating is never a reason for refusal: a negative review is published like the others, and any refusal is explained in writing.
The “Verified custom order” mention appears when the person’s email address matches a custom request sent on the site, or when Léa confirms she made the piece. Other reviews are published too, without this mention. No review is bought, requested in exchange for a discount, or written by Lunéa.
Reviews are shown from newest to oldest, and are not deleted after publication.
